January started off with 1193 of active listings, which was up year-over-year and down compared to the last month. Average price per square foot for a residence in Denver is currently at $270 p/sqft. Current supply of inventory is at 0.93 month of inventory, which is less than last month. We are having a very active start to the new year!
1149 listings have sold in the month of December, up 22% from previous month and up 12% year-over-year. Average listing price for properties sold in December was at $413,386 and average sold price at $407,293. Both of these numbers are higher than last year.
Average days on the market in the month of November was at 45 days, up from the previous month and flat year-over-year.
