Our vibrant Downtown has been very busy with real estate activity – roughly 200 sales took place in the last 6 month in Downtown Denver.
Most of the condominium sales Downtown since February 2013, by volume, took place in The Spire, One Lincoln Place, Residences XXV, The Glass House and Flour Mill.
Downtown Denver real estate market has been definitely more active since April – sales have almost doubled compared to February and March. August is on track to have another busy month with 15 sales in the last 15 days (August 1-15th, 2013).
Price per square ranges from $100 to $700 (One Lincoln Park condo), with most transactions taking place between $250 and $400 per square foot
