February started off with 1108 of active listings, which was similar to last year and slightly up compared to the last month. Average price per square foot for a residence in Denver is currently at $270 p/sqft.
Current supply of inventory is at 0.93 month of inventory, which is less than last month.
793 listings have sold in the month of January, down 44% from previous month and up 25% year-over-year. Average listing price for properties sold in December was at $408,080 and average sold price at $405,010. Both of these numbers are higher than last year.
Average days on the market in the month of November was at 54 days, up from the previous month and up year-over-year.
